Return Form

Please fill out customer information and include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your return. In return chart please indicate whether you are returning an item for credit or exchange. In exchange form please indicate what item or items you would like in exchange. Model numbers, color options, sizes and descriptions are listed on each item’s page in our website.

Please note our return policy:

Jamactive will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date (Sorry - clearance items cannot be returned, exchange only.) We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for full return or exchanges.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice and original tags attached (when applicable), is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Shipping is non refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship exchanges back to you free via USPS priority mail.
