JAMactive will gladly accept
returns of clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise for full
refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date
(Sorry - clearance items cannot be returned, exchange
only.) We do our best to ensure our products are free of
any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any
defective items back for full return or exchanges.
Proof of purchase, such as a
copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip
invoice and original tags attached (when applicable), is required for reimbursement of the full
purchase price. Shipping is non refundable. If you are
exchanging an item, we will ship exchanges back to you
free via USPS priority mail.
