If you have questions regarding an order, a product, need to return a product or have questions or comments about our website, simply email us at customerservice@jamactive.com. We will respond within 24 hours to any request or questions you may have.

For order inquiries and returns, please include your order number. This number is located on the top left corner of your receipt and is 3 digits long.

As this is a second business for us, we are really not available by phone. The best way to communicate with us is through email. We check it almost hourly during business hours which are Tuesday thru Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

JAMactive will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date (Sorry - clearance items cannot be returned, exchange only.) We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for full return or exchanges.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice and original tags attached (when applicable), is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Shipping is non refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship exchanges back to you free via USPS priority mail.

Simply package your return with a copy of your receipt, and send it back to us with a note on how you would like us to proceed (refund/exchange).
