Introduction
I'm not a doctor, I'm not a dietician, and I'm
not even a personal trainer. I'm just an ordinary person who has
been considered obese at one point in my life and can relate to the
overwhelming feelings of desperation and hopelessness that can plague
the overweight and obese in America. Through self education, and
trial and error, I have learned what it takes to truly live a healthy
lifestyle and maintain a healthy weight. I've also come to the
conclusion that a lot of Americans are simply uneducated and misinformed
when it comes to doing what it really takes to stay healthy and fit.
I was once part of this group and find now that it is easy to see why
many people simply get frustrated and give up.
This is my advice on changing your life, changing
your health and taking back your life and body.
