Order Submit

By submitting your order to JAMactive.com, you authorize JAMactive to charge your credit card, debt card, electronic check or Pay Pal account the amount agreed upon and shown in your total on the checkout page. The price will be billed in full and charged to your credit card at the time of submission.  JAMactive has the right to refuse to fulfill any order based on any reason.  An order refusal could be the result of invalid billing information being entered for the credit card being used to place an order or an invalid shipping location.

Taxes and Duties 

Orders shipped to Canada and the UK may be subject to taxes and duties, as well as any orders shipped to Connecticut.  Purchaser agrees to pay any and all taxes and/or duties on any purchase from JAMactive.com including without limitation all fines or penalties imposed by reason of Purchaser's failure to timely or properly pay any such taxes or duties or file any related returns. JAMactive is required by law to collect sales/use tax in Connecticut. The appropriate tax and/or duty will be charged based on the "ship to" address. Tax amount will be indicated by the state and/or local sales tax amount which will be added to the total price. 

Availability

All product availability is shown in your shopping cart, all orders are shipped the following business day.  JAMactive only accepts and ships orders to consumers residing in the United States, Canada and the UK.  All other orders will be cancelled or rejected.

Warranty

There is no warranty on our clothing, however, here at JAMactive we strive to only sell quality athletic clothing free of any and all manufacturer defects.  If upon the arrival of your order, you are not completely satisfied with the quality and workmanship of our products you may return your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Policy

JAMactive will gladly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed merchandise for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date (Sorry - CLEARANCE items cannot be returned, exchange only.) We do our best to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for full return or exchanges.

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice and original tags attached (when applicable), is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. Shipping is non refundable. If you are exchanging an item, we will ship exchanges back to you free via USPS priority mail.
